Absolutely. Contact us and we'll send you the bank transfer details. As soon as we receive confirmation of the payment, we'll process/ship your order.

Yes, if it hasn't entered preparation yet.

If you need to change your address, add a module or correct a detail, write to us immediately: the closer we are to shipping, the more difficult it becomes to intervene

Only if the order is not yet being processed. If the order is already being processed or handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible: in that case, we will evaluate the best solution together (e.g., return).

You'll receive a confirmation email with your order summary. If you don't see it, also check your spam/promotions folder. If you still don't see it, contact us and we'll look into it together.

We do occasionally, but we don't offer constant "fake discounts". If you'd like to receive real news and offers, sign up for our newsletter.

Yes, we also ship outside of Italy. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us and we'll give you a quote.

If you're ordering from outside Italy, shipping costs are calculated and displayed directly at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Times vary based on: availability, time of year (high vanlife season = more requests), and destination.

You'll always find an estimate on the product page; if you have a set departure date (like a road trip), contact us before ordering and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Yes: when your order leaves, you will receive shipping updates (tracking or courier contact, depending on the type of delivery).

Our modules are shipped in individual packages of up to 20 kg each.

This choice is deliberate: it allows us to avoid shipping on pallets, which would entail higher costs for the end customer and more inconvenient logistics management (mandatory presence, complex unloading, maneuvering space).

This makes delivery simpler, more flexible, and more convenient, even to homes or non-industrial settings. Packages are easy to handle, move, and require no special equipment for collection.

At the moment it is not possible to purchase from the site with shipping outside the EU.

However, if you live outside the European Union and are interested in our modules, write to us , we will evaluate together the order, costs and shipping methods based on the destination.

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, local VAT, or other taxes may apply. These are always paid by the recipient and vary from country to country.

Yes, that's one of the advantages of modular kits: you disassemble, move, and reassemble.

The modules are usually designed for a cargo configuration. If you have rear seats, it's often necessary to temporarily remove them to create space and a clean floor. Always check the dimensions of your van.

No: standard tools like a screwdriver or screwer are usually sufficient. Additional tools may be needed only if you want to make custom adjustments to your vehicle.

They come in kit form: you can assemble them quickly and fix them according to your needs.

There is no standard assembly time that works for everyone: each module has its own assembly time. In general, all our modules have been designed and tested to be quick and easy to assemble, even for those without specific technical skills.
The first assembly may take a little longer to get used to the components, while subsequent assemblies are significantly quicker.

Yes. For safety reasons, all modules must be properly secured when used on the road, like any other load carried inside a vehicle.

The mounting methods, as well as any requirements relating to approval, certification or vehicle registration document updates, may vary according to local regulations and the specific use of the vehicle.

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the attachment of the modules complies with the laws and regulations in force in their country or territory.

Yes: you'll find PDF instructions in your order confirmation email, and the QR code that links to the PDF instructions is in the packaging.

Yes, but it is important to use them correctly.

They are materials designed for van life — bumps, vibrations, everyday use.

Yes! They come with a natural finish and a polished surface: you can paint them, oil them, or customize them however you like.

Vanlife Tip: A good protective treatment helps a lot against humidity and stains.

They can withstand outdoor use, but they're not waterproof: if you wet the wood and leave it damp for days, it will ruin it like any other furniture. Dry, air, and if you live in winter, consider protective treatments.

The kits are designed for DIY. In some areas, we can recommend partner installers.

The modules are removable and do not change the vehicle's intended use. However, we recommend always checking local regulations (especially outside Italy).

Yes, as long as they're properly secured and don't compromise safety. In short: treat them like a well-secured load.

Nom modules are designed to be removed as easily as possible.

They are not permanently fixed to the vehicle frame.

Precisely for this reason, there shouldn't be any problems during the revision phase.

And in any case, if you want to be on the safe side, everything can be removed in 5 minutes.
