What we are often asked about the Fastening System
Can the modules be removed easily after attachment?
Yes, once the threaded bushings are installed, the modules can be fixed and removed using wing screws, without any complex interventions.
This means you can:
- have a van ready for the weekend
- empty it for work
- reconfigure it according to the trip
Is the attachment system compatible with all vans?
The system is modular and designed to adapt to different configurations.
Compatibility depends on:
- from the structure of the floor and walls
- from the presence of coverings or panels
- from the internal dimensions of the vehicle
Before installation, it is important to check the spaces and evaluate the most suitable anchoring point.
Is the attachment secure while driving?
The system is designed to ensure stable anchoring of the modules to the vehicle.
However, it is essential that the modules are correctly fixed before the march.
Installation methods may depend on local regulations.
How do you assemble the Nom Outdoor Fixing System?
Assembly is simple and follows a few clear steps.
- You place the modules in the van exactly where you want to install them.
- Using the pre-drilled holes on each Nom module, mark on the floor or wall the point where the threaded bushing will be fixed.
- Remove the modules from the vehicle.
- Using a drill, make a hole at the marked point so that you can insert the threaded bushing.
- Put the modules back into their place.
- Lock everything together using the appropriate wing screw.
From then on you can add and remove the modules whenever you want, simply by adjusting the wing screw.
