The Nom Pull-Out Van Bed is the foundation of every conversion. Birch plywood structure, full-length under-bed storage and a slatted system that expands from 79 cm to 129 cm wide. Sofa by day, bed by night — without moving anything.
The 4 drop-down doors with the push & lock system open in one motion and stay closed while driving. The structure is symmetrical: install it on the right or left side of the vehicle. All panels arrive pre-drilled with metal inserts already fitted — ready for you to add Nom drawers in the future without any structural modification.
Three stops integrated into the structure at 110, 120 and 129 cm provide stable, defined opening positions. You can also open it freely anywhere between 79 and 129 cm to suit your needs.

The mattress is not included. Buy it separately or in the Bed Kit, with bed and mattress together at a reduced price.
The bed can be assembled independently with no carpentry experience. All panels arrive pre-drilled and labelled with a code you will find in the instructions — follow the code, join the pieces and proceed step by step.

Securing to the vehicle
Each module has pre-drilled holes for securing it to the vehicle floor or side wall. You can use the Nom Fixing Kit or your own anchoring system.

Is the Nom Outdoor Bed compatible with my van?
The Nom Outdoor Bed is designed to fit many van configurations, thanks to its modular and symmetrical structure.
It can be installed on both the right and left side of the vehicle.
We always recommend checking the measurements in the technical data sheet and comparing them with the internal space of your van, taking into account wheel arches, paneling and upholstery.
If you have any questions, you can write to us indicating the model and year of your vehicle.
Do you need to make any holes or make any permanent modifications to the van?
The bed is designed for simple and reversible assembly, without invasive interventions on the vehicle.
For safety reasons, the module must be secured.
The fastening methods depend on the vehicle, its use and local regulations.

Is the bed homologated?
The Nom Outdoor Bed is designed as an easily removable module, not permanently integrated into the vehicle.
For this reason, in most cases no approval is required, because the vehicle retains its original configuration and the module can be removed without structural modifications.
That said, regulations vary by country and vehicle use.
If you wish to proceed with an official approval (for example to convert the vehicle into a camper van), it is possible to do so, but it depends on local regulations and the route chosen.
In these cases we recommend that you:
- contact an approval center or authorized bodybuilder
- Check with the Motor Vehicle Department or the competent authorities in your country
- Evaluate the fixing methods and required documentation together with a professional

No.
The Nom Outdoor Bed comes in a self-assembly kit , with all panels machined and hardware included.
